Our services

We design, build, host and support websites for small businesses, according to the plan you choose. The exact scope, features and timescales will be agreed with you before we begin. Prices shown as "from" or "starting from" are starting points; a custom domain, extra pages, additional features or extra work may cost more, and we'll always agree any additional costs with you in advance.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide the content, images and information we need to build your site, and to do so promptly. You confirm that you own or have the right to use any content you provide to us, and that it is lawful and does not infringe anyone else's rights.

Intellectual property & ownership

You own the content and brand materials you provide to us. The website we build for you is yours to use while your subscription is active, and your content remains yours. Any third-party components (such as fonts, images or software) remain subject to their own licences. We may showcase work we create for you as an example in our own portfolio, unless you ask us in writing not to.

Cancellation & refunds

Hosting & availability

We take reasonable steps to keep your website online and running well, but we do not guarantee that it will be available without interruption, as occasional downtime can occur for maintenance or reasons beyond our control.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so (including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud). Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, revenue or data, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Your consumer rights

If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect your statutory rights, including any cancellation rights you may have under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of England & Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with the "last updated" date above, is the current one.
